Mindful Movement for Tweens & Teens

Wednesdays 6:30-7:30p
This is a 6-week program where we will move, we will stretch, we will learn teamwork, and also create some expression through art! Taught by Jessica, a local mom of two, fitness expert, and cheer coach, your tween or teen will have a super fun time tapping into their own potential while making friends IRL and staying active in their community.
