Women on Weights
Work Hard, See Results! This class combines cardio and core drills with strength training using dumbbells for an all-over body blast. Core/Mat and a relaxing stretch session ends class. Your body will thank you. Bring sneakers and let's have fun!

This class combines dynamic flowing sequences with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga to burn serious calories. Using only your own body weight, you will perform a series of high-intensity, low-impact moves that will work every single muscle. All while set to hot music! Sweat, stretch, and strengthen all in one unique workout! Variations are given to accommodate all fitness levels. Beginners to experienced welcome.

Wheel Yoga class incorporates the yoga wheel into your yoga practice. Attention to breath, balance, flexibility, strength, and activates stabilizer muscles. Get ready for a challenging, high intensity, low impact practice blended with all that you already love about Yoga.

In this class you will experience the best of all that The Suite Studio offers in just 50 minutes. A little Barre mixed with Pilates and topped off with a variety of resistance exercises that will ignite and challenge your whole body. This circuit style class may have had a Covid-19 makeover for 2021 and while you don't physically move from station to station or use shared equipment it is guaranteed to provide all the same benefits of traditional circuit classes.

A combination of Barre moves and Mat Pilates. This full body workout uses a variety of props and emphasizes core and leg muscles.

Improve strength, increase flexibility and gain better spinal health. Trapeze Yoga (also known as Aerial Yoga with side straps) is both a fun and relaxing experience that will challenge you in new ways. This unique type of yoga adds in that missing pull motion lacking in mat-based practice and is a useful tool for obtaining correct alignment in poses, functional strength and better balance.
