Barre
By using ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, Yoga, and weights, you will strengthen, lengthen, and tone your entire body in this class.
Bootcamp
This one's for the early birds who like to GET IT DONE. Build your strength and aerobic endurance during this variety showcase of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) exercises. Functional fitness is our main focus and we will typically take our whole body through many natural multi-joint exercises aimed to enhance bone density, promote muscle growth and shred some serious calories; even post workout.
Cardio Kickboxing
This high-intensity, fat burning workout combines cardio kickboxing with body-sculpting HIIT moves choreographed to the hottest music mixes. You will feel unstoppable in the class that’s high-energy and totally addicting!
Cardio Dance
Each 50 minute heart bursting cardio dance class is completely unique with Jenna's original choreography. All movements are specifically designed to elicit joy and plenty of SWEAT! Participants can expect to challenge their bodies, stimulate their minds, and experience a deep shift in vibration. The class covers different styles of dance including hip hop, jazz and musical theater.
Family Dance
Come dance with your kiddo of any age! You are welcome to wear/hold your babies while you modify the dance moves, or they can nap/watch from their bucket seat while you dance. For kids who are able to walk, and for those kids who are older and have sick dance moves themselves, they can dance beside you! However your body moves is the RIGHT way! Come for some fun and some good laughs <3
Family Fitness
Bring your kiddos of any age (newborn to teens!) to workout with you! You can wear babies or keep them in their car bucket seat next to you. Toddlers and young kids can choose to do what you do, or they can move around in their own way with our toys (watching the train through the window is always entertaining too). Tweens and teens can workout right alongside you! A fun and healthy way to bond with any age <3
HIIT + Lift
Work Hard, See Results! This class combines cardio and core drills with strength training using dumbbells for an all-over body blast. Core/Mat and a relaxing stretch session ends class. Your body will thank you. Bring sneakers and let's have fun!
Just Lift
It is that simple ... just lift.
A variety of resistance equipment will be used from class to class for this total-toning and strength-building series. We will work to increase lean muscle mass, which burns calories and raises metabolism. If you are not a fan of cardio, this is the class for you. Build and Burn without the Huff and Puff!

An intense blend of traditional Mat Pilates with various props and full body challenges!
Mommy & Me
Our certified personal trainers with momming experience themselves will be leading these groups in a fun and safe environment.
The first 30 minutes of class will be geared toward Mom (or Dad or Nanny or Grandma. We don't discriminate! All caregivers are welcome). Experience a blend of strength training, barre, and cardio with a focus on functional fitness– exercises that support your everyday life.
Then the last 20 minutes will be movement geared toward your little one! We bring out different tricks every class to keep your munchkins entertained. Think scarves, parachute, obstacle courses, animal yoga, musical chairs, and more! The perfect balance between structure and chaos to tucker them out before nap time.

This class combines dynamic flowing sequences with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga to burn serious calories. Using only your own body weight, you will perform a series of high-intensity, low-impact moves that will work every single muscle. All while set to hot music! Sweat, stretch, and strengthen all in one unique workout! Variations are given to accommodate all fitness levels. Beginners to experienced welcome.
Pound
Channel your inner rockstar with this full body cardio-jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. Start your weekend out with this party!
Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal yoga is perfect for anyone trying to conceive all the way up until baby arrives. A safe practice that allows you to build a deeper intuition and confidence in your own ever-changing body. Class focuses on spaces that you may have common aches and pains, while building strength and focus. Making sure we have plenty of time to sink into a deep stretch and a long savasana.

Shred + Sculpt
SHRED + SCULPT combines all the benefits of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with bonus training in balance, coordination and agility. This fast-paced 50-minute class will activate fast-twitch muscle fibers without compromising your joints.
These fun moves with HIIT timing will help to define, tighten, lift and sculpt your muscles, while getting the heart rate up, raising your metabolism and burning calories and fat for 48 straight hours!

Get to know your body better. This class is ideal for anyone looking to improve their posture, proper body alignment, better movement and flexibility. That means it helps your body moves in a way that’s smart, efficient, and with less risk of injury.

In this circuit style strength training class you will experience a total body workout in a relaxed environment.
We will utilize a variety of resistance equipment and each session will follow a different training style with a variety of timing and repetitions formats.

Suite Blend
In this class you will experience the best of all that the Suite Studio offers in just 50 minutes. A little barre mixed with some weights and topped off with a variety of resistance exercises that will ignite and challenge your whole body.
Yoga for All
This practice is for all bodies, all levels. Class opens with breath work, gentle stretches and somatic movement. Followed by dynamic flow, balanced with stillness, to create flexibility, strength, and stamina. Ending with yin/ restorative postures before settling into final relaxation. Somewhere in the middle of balance and flow, chaos and peace, chatter and solitude. No right or wrong, just becoming a calmer, happier you.
Yoga Nidra
Also known as yogic sleep, Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping in which the body is completely relaxed. Practicing this form of yoga empowers you to refresh your vitality, boost your creativity and support your health and well being, while reducing tension and anxiety.

Yoga Trapeze
Improve strength, increase flexibility and gain better spinal health. Trapeze Yoga (also known as Aerial Yoga with side straps) is both a fun and relaxing experience that will challenge you in new ways. This unique type of yoga adds in that missing pull motion lacking in mat-based practice and is a useful tool for obtaining correct alignment in poses, functional strength and better balance.
This class is not included in our regular membership. It is $30 per person. Unlimited autobill members automatically receive 25% off.
